Giraffe Bury St Edmunds

Was not shown on our table, only indicated where we sat. one of the tapas dishes tasted strange, we were asked if we wanted an alternative, but we had almost finished eating. my daughter burger was hard and she found it infertile

We came to giraffe on mothers day and even though mothers eat free, its still come to nearly £50. We did not enjoy the meals, we found the steak dry, the katsu chicken soggy and the chips beyond bland, maybe slightly under cooked. The lady serving us was nice but the same can't be said for some of the other members of staff. Dressed differently so I'm assuming management? Very sour faced and unapproachable.

We had a very good time on our first visit to Giraffe, for a birthday meal. The food was excellent and we loved the choice on the menu. The staff were very nice and friendly. We did find it to be quite cold but that's the only real downside. We've already recommended this place to friends and are looking forward to going again!

The staff were great for my 3 year olds birthday party!

Our waitress was amazing very warm and friendly and accomendating to dietary needs.
