Burwood RSL Club & Club Burwood

I came here with my family Last night .. BIG MISTAKE !!Upon entering the club I handed my Membership Card to the two men at the desk to show them as proof of Identity to sign in but I Didn’t realise that my Membership Card...had Expired (fair enough) but MY CARD got taken off me and the RUDE Asian looking man and the older security guy refused to give it back to me . I asked if I could please keep it as it was my card and I said I’m more than happy to re-join as it was only and I got told “No I cannot do that as now I’ve produced an Expired card it now belongs to the club” Then the Asian guy got Scissors and cut it in half . Absolutely disgusting customer service the most rudest people work here I cannot even explain how RUDE we were treated . Cutting my Card with Scissors made me feel like a criminal . We went to the Club up the road and what a difference (fantastic treatment) I’ll be taking this further .

While visiting elderly relatives in Burwood, we were taken to this local establishment. Pub fare in a clean and quiet eating area. That was one of the best things about this place; the quiet eating area. The servings are large and the food tastes good....There was a ample choice that would suit most people. Far better than the other club on the main road down at the shopping precinct.

My son and my grandchildren were always very satisfied with the delicious old meals, especially the roast lamb and sweet and gravy. there is also a large selection of deserts. I look forward to another great dinner at this club. By the way, I...I found the recipe people very friendly and helpful.

Eating was not very well burned pizza and appeared late! they keep tabs on them when they tell them that something is wrong with their meal, they do not believe that people would not tell them that something is wrong with their eating and simply do not say them. all about eating and leaving and saying nothing to the staff. I decided to do what the rest of men do and not come back!

The first time we came here for lunch. we had riverina black angus ribeye, (leeton nsw) (gf). only divine. the meat was well cooked, sooo tender. I slowly ate to enjoy every bite. the salat dressing was also soo delicious and the chips., crispy exactly right. I don't remember the last time I had such a delicious steak salad and chips. the portion was perfect. I ate all in my teller and I had such a feeling of happiness with this meal. we went into the bar to congratulate the chef. many thanks club burwood rsl for a wonderful meal experience today.
