That is the only bubble tea place in a beautiful radius, it is good enough. small place, but the tee itself is quite ok

Today I had a terrible experience here. Since the lowest star is 1, I could not give it 0. A young lady took my order at 1:50 pm with no eye contact, and the point is she did not take my order carefully at all while she was doing her own thing. As a result, she made me a wrong cup of tea while I ordered a milk tea. When I asked her about her mistake, she glowered at me with the immediate answer that was my mistake and without any apologise. Such a bad customer service I've received ever. Is that the way she always treats customers? Bad customer service happened for me 2 years ago here, though I can not remember with the same lady or not. When I come back to give Blackball another opportunity, nothing changed. Thus, I will never come back here !!!!!!!

The staff was rude and seemed to treat me poorly for no reason, even though I consistently spoke to them in English.

The $7 cup of tea was overpriced, especially considering the hard (old) tapioca pearls. The tea flavor was weak—barely better than plain water! Additionally, the staff was quite rude, particularly one young lady.
