Got my order wrong even after conforming what I wanted. I was expecting 3 items but only received 2. At least I was only charged for the items I was given, but very inconvenient. Looks like others have the same issue. Oportunity for improvement is to consider reciting order items as they appear on the receipt and don't say things that aren't being added to the order.
