Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Burtonsville

I went in to redeem my free smoothie since I have over 1,200 points, but I was told that I needed to order food in order to use my points for the smoothie. I've never encountered this issue before, but the staff mentioned it was a new policy. It seems like this must be the only location with such a rule, as no other Tropical Smoothie has this requirement.

I had a terrible experience. The Peanut Paradise smoothie was disappointing, and the Supergreen Wrap didn’t have any greens in it! It was just a burnt tortilla with chicken and a lot of Caesar dressing.

So apparently the store closes at 8:30 so please do not place orders past 830. I got a phone call at 8:40 telling me that they weren’t going to place my order when they close at 9 o’clock told me to cancel my order when I was in the store and was rude as hell. I will never do business with this place I spent over $20,000 last year and I am a regular customer terrible customer service, terrible management, and then the guy wants me to apologize to him because I told him that he needs to open up his doors because I place my order they are thieves steal my money

I ordered the sweet potatoes as a side and halfway through eating them I noticed they were moldy ?

I paid nearly $8 for a kid's strawberry banana smoothie, and it was awful. It hardly tasted like banana and wasn't sweet at all. It just tasted like iced water with a hint of strawberry.
