I have never been to a fast food restaurant that is so rude before until today. she got the beginning of my order wrong and when I told her it was wrong she proceeded to yell back in the mic my wrong order.

Sunday 9/10-23..Doors locked can't pick up my online order. Haft to wait in drive thru 7 cars deep.. why? No staff?..offsets the whole reason for placing order on line.. 630 pick up turns into 650 drive thru pick up. Joke...iam done with this location!.

Didn't have Dining room unlocked for online in- store pick up orders. Was made to wait in a drive thru line with more than 10 vehicles in line to pick up my order. After calling about doing in store pick up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I have been to this store 4 times and they haven't gotten an order right yet!! It's not that difficult! Your employees need to LISTEN!!!!! I can't remember a time when I ve been more angry at incompetence I mean 4 times and never right. I guess all the employees are incompetent, McDonald rejects!Dietary restrictions: Get your orders right, LOSERS!

Went there about 9 pm and they couldn't fill my order all the way. Had to substitute for other.
