We dined there for New Year's Eve. We arrived early and were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. The noise level was comfortable, allowing us to have a conversation without the TV interfering. We sat in the dining room and both ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection! It had a crispy exterior and was tender and juicy inside—absolutely delightful. We will definitely be back!
The service was terrible. the steaks were really good. the carrots were brown inside.
Very quiet night we were there. After 7.30 we were the only 2 in the restaurant. the live band was pleasant. not my music. a member of the band spoke to us a few times. not much more to do for them.
We have been going to Porterhouse for years. This year we have only gone a couple of times, each time a little mire disappointing, we will not be going back. They have remodeled a bit, it feels like you are in a breakfast restaurant now. The menu keeps getting smaller. The bread was mini hamburger buns, who eats that type of bread with olive oil and cheese.. really!! The drinks are a total rip off , martini's are about a shot total for 12.00 total rip off!! Regular cocktails are served in the smallest rocks glasses I have ever seen. 2 of the people with us got sick, filet was extremely salty, chicken was not what was described on the menu. Do not recommend wasting your money here!
