Pizza Works Burnt Hills

Eating is great, but the service was absolutely terrible. our waitress spent more time on her phone in register than her many tables. we missed several items and were still accused. it took too long, too many problems, to eat for the first time and definitely our last. do not recommend when they go with children. not family-friendly.

Drove 20mins on my lunch break because I was craving NYC/LI style pizza and this place did not disappoint. My new favorite pizza place!Now, what would make this spot PERFECT is if they made baked ziti slices!!! ?

I’ve been coming to Pizza Works off and on for about 14 years. And only off when I don’t live in the area. It is hands down the most consistent and high quality pizza in the area. Their prices have stayed fairly consistent, too, which is impressive considering inflation and their new building. Highly recommended.

There are more employee cars in the parking lot, than there are customer vehicles. The slices here start at gross and only get worse; same for the employees' hygiene.

Quite a place, and quite busy! There must have been a dozen staff members there on a Friday night. The pizza was very good, especially the special white pizza with broccoli and sausage. I wish all pizzas were a little more substantial like they were years ago, but alas, I haven't found any like that in the Capital District. It was a fine couple of pies at the Pizza Works though.
