Olive Garden Italian - Burnsville

I usually order the laughs from the Broccoli menu, which is often overlooked, but I really enjoy them. However, I decided against the broccoli this time. On November 6, 2022, I ordered the salmon, and it was much better and larger than the last time I had it. I ordered it cooked, and thankfully, it wasn't burnt like before. I was very satisfied with my meal today. Unfortunately, the broccoli was the same as always—undercooked.

Our waitress was fantastic! She was attentive to everyone and provided excellent service. Her communication, knowledge, respect, and friendliness were genuine. Thank you for a wonderful experience! However, I do think the restrooms could benefit from more frequent maintenance checks.

We ordered the chicken Alfredo and lasagna. Excellent alfredo. Just the way I like it saucy and creamy. I usually make it at home, but I was being lazy, and this was fantastic. I think the price is reasonable for the portion. I had leftover still which I think pasta always taste better the next day. I added chili pepper to mine. Our server was attentive and friendly and always a smile on his face.

We were just there today. Food was okay but was super disappointed with the server. Her voice was too loud, it would not be a problem if her tone was nice and friendly. Nope, she sounded like she was mad and yelling at us while trying to hurry us up to give her our order. Most annoying part came when it was time to pay. They use the electronic type thingy that stays on the table. She came over when she saw we were deciding on how much tip we're going to add. She kept insisting in that loud voice that we needed help and won't leave, just stood by our table eventhough we already said a few times we were fine. She ended up taking my credit card from me and inserting it herself without us confirming if we were okay with that tip amount that's on the screen all the while making it sound like we should be grateful she was there to help us. This is not okay. Would not recommend coming to this place!
