Little Caesars Pizza - Burnsville

The pizza here is quite good! A little tip: take it home and pop it in the oven at a low temperature for 15 minutes to really crisp up the crust!

I had a terrible experience. My order was canceled just five minutes before I was set to arrive. I recommend avoiding Little Caesars. They rely on a third-party delivery service, and their customer service is awful. When I expressed my frustration, they told me, "Don't order online if you don't like how we do things." That's it for me; I'm done with them.

"I wanted to share my experience again. I gave Fancironi Pizza another try, but it was disappointing. This was the worst order I've had in quite some time. I attempted to place a mobile order around 7:35 PM, but it didn’t go through. So, I got dressed and walked over to the restaurant to place my order at 7:50 PM. By 8:05 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived, and I noticed they took the sauce out of the refrigerator after I ordered. I do not recommend this place."

Where do I start? That was the worst experience I ever had with Little Caesars Pizza. I ordered my pizza online at 3:00. The app said my pizza was ready at 5:59. I'm here at 5:59. Then I say my order will take 20 minutes. It's already irritating about the situation I'm waiting for. 20 minutes was not what it needed, but another 40 minutes. The lady at the reception was so unprofessional, went back to use her phone to lock the door so no one else could come into the door and told them they came back in an hour. I'm sorry, but Little Caesars, get your act together or Pizza Hut and Domino? You could really use better management. Oh, yes and I didn't even get everything I ordered. Probably never gets back. I would rather go to Pizza Hut pay more and my order in time and everything I ordered.

The point of Little Caesar?s has always been that it?s always ?Hot and Ready?. This location never has pizza ready. Even if you order online, the time the make you wait in the lobby just to pick up your order is pathetic. I?m currently standing here with three other people waiting on their online orders and have seen them turn away countless others saying the current wait is an hour. At this speed, there is no reason to go here. Save yourself the hassle and get a better experience anywhere else.
