They definitely need to invest in an order processing system to ensure that the pizza makers are fully aware of the orders. Their current method of verbal communication isn’t working well. On a positive note, I recently observed that they've upgraded their order system, and everything seems to be running much more smoothly now.

The food court never picks up their phone. Whenever I try to place an order, no matter the day, they either completely ignore my call or, if they do answer, they are quite rude. It seems they don't think answering the phone is part of their responsibilities.
