Chuck E. Cheese - Burnsville

Took my grandson for his 6th birthday..he had lots of fun! The employees were great and Chuck E. Cheese came looking specifically to wish my grandson a happy birthday and hung out with him for a few minutes..couple games and rides were not working..but the attention from Chuck E. Cheese and all the rest made it an awesome experience!

We celebrated our son's 5th birthday at this restaurant and the service, food, and games were amazing! We made reservations in advance and Mimi helped us from the moment we arrived until we left. She was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our son, his friends, and all the adults had a blast! We will definitely be returning!

I always have a great time at Chuck E. Cheese. I bring my family, including my fiancee, daughter, and two sons. We always have fun there. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is never too busy when we visit, so we keep coming back.

This was the best Chuck E Cheese experience we've ever had. It was the cleanest one I've seen in several states and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food has improved and is much fresher since our last visit, and the salad bar was fresh and clean. There were a few games out of order, but there were plenty for everyone to play. They have also introduced new packages and game options, instead of the traditional token cups, allowing for unlimited play which is more sanitary. This makes it more affordable and provides more playing time. The children also earned a lot of tickets, ensuring everyone left with prizes. The staff was patient and friendly with our children when they redeemed their prizes. If you haven't been in a while, it's worth considering a visit. You can now purchase playing time on a card and keep track of it until your food arrives, and the children even receive a treat when they return the card. I was hesitant about Chuck E Cheese birthdays, but this location in Burnsville has changed my mind. I had a great time today! The management at this Chuck E Cheese should be proud of their work. They are doing a fantastic job! Additionally, the staff member at the counter, Amber, was incredibly sweet and helped us get the best value for our money. This level of service will definitely bring us back.

Went for the first time for my friends child 1. Birthday party here, The atmosphere was nice, kids centric and place was just full. The waitress was beautiful and kept on cleaning the tables while we ate a ton of pizza. A beautiful experience
