Bricksworth Beer Co. - Burnsville

I went to Bricksworth for the first time tonight for my birthday dinner, and it was truly amazing! The ambiance of the room is lovely, nestled in a company campus parking lot. The spacious layout features oversized tables, vintage couches, minimalist designs, live plants, and a large backbar with a lumber concept. The Detroit style pizza was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options (definitely try the cheeseburger pizza featured in the picture). The beer selection catered to all tastes, showcasing attention to detail and passion in every sip. Our server was prompt, friendly, and well-versed in both the food and beer menu. When we inquired about the uniqueness of the place, he explained that they operate like a family, truly caring for their staff - good people who value their employees. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I can't wait to return soon!

The restaurant is spacious, welcoming to families, and has a wide selection of beers. I highly recommend trying the dark Czech lager. The service is friendly, although it can be slow due to how busy the restaurant gets. Reservations are accepted, which is a plus. I particularly enjoy the Detroit-style pizza here, as the sauce and toppings are deliciously seasoned. The only downside is that the crust is a bit too thick and hard for my taste. Overall, I would give this place five stars if they improve the crust.

The pizza and wings at this restaurant are top-notch. They offer a variety of IPAs that I really enjoy. They also have the option for Detroit style pizza with a charcoal-infused crust, but I personally prefer the regular crust.

Here for a happy hour and enjoyed a few fruity sours. the dry wings were quite large, beautifully spiced and crispy. has taken an order of pizza and garlic bread after home and it was. ok. obviously it is Detroit style, but the crust was chewing to a challenging degree, and the cheese-edged were too hard. the taste itself was in order, but definitiv not my favorite pizza in the cities.

I love their french fries and detroit-style pizzas! For how many people are in there, it is pleasantly not too loud (good acoustics). Love the beer menu too. The pizza choices are unique and we're hoping they'll add a classic supreme pizza to the option list eventually.
