This restaurant is a bit overpriced and cramped, with tables too close together. The staff waiting on coffees stand around you while you eat, which can be a bit distracting. The poached eggs have been overcooked a few times, but when done right, the food is delicious. It's frustrating when items on the menu are not available, especially after you've already chosen what you want to order. However, the staff is great and the coffee is excellent. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
