Subway - Burnham

If you enjoy ordering online and simply picking up your food, this restaurant is not the right choice for you. I placed an order through the app, only to find that I still had to wait for my food to be prepared when I arrived. The restaurant was completely empty, with employees standing around, yet my order wasn't made, and it seemed they weren't even aware it had come through. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to place another order through the app. I arrived about 25 minutes after ordering, which was 10 minutes past the promised pickup time, and once again, my order wasn’t ready, so I had to wait.

The owner is terrible and treats his employees poorly, which explains why no one wants to work there. The service is slower than at other Subway locations because they prioritize saving money over providing better service.

They really need to prioritize the people waiting in line over the online orders! Waiting 40 minutes for three sandwiches is just ridiculous! I ended up spending 45 dollars on food that I couldn't even eat when I got home—I had to throw it away!

Called in and ordered two platters. These are great for get togethers. Had no idea what I wanted but Darlene was extremely helpful!

I picked up two plates to share, and it was a wonderful way to connect. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, but Darlene was incredibly helpful!
