Taco Bell - Burnet

I went to the restaurant tonight at 8 PM after my daughter's volleyball game. The door said it was open until 10, but it was locked. I knocked, and the manager in the kitchen just looked at us like we were fools and gestured for us to go through the drive-thru. We were in two different vehicles, so we decided to go somewhere else. It was probably for the best, as my orders are always wrong. The last Mexican pizza I had was made with stale tostada shells—that's not a true Mexican pizza. No one even bothered to mention it; otherwise, I would have ordered something else.

Absolutely ridiculous, customer service is something that should be efficient but clearly tonight was not, I made a order of 3 soft shell tacos and only got one, and they never gave me my drink, late nights aren't an excuse for poorly prepared orders.

I attempted to get breakfast five times, and I was only successful once. Either they weren't fully open yet, or they didn't respond to the speaker. At this point, I won't be stopping by again.

I wouldn’t recommend this location as they consistently fail to open on time. The elderly staff can be quite rude, giving the impression that they are unhappy with their jobs, which shouldn't affect the customers. This is the third time I’ve arrived in the morning after 9:00 a.m. only to find the place closed. They really need to do better.

Waited months for the Mexican pizza to come back.....it just doesn't taste good at all. Looks like the beans are dry and the tortilla taste strange. So disappointed with it. .maybe we shouldnt take things off the menu so long..
