White Spot - Burnaby

After a few bad experiences at the Gilmore White Spot, we decided to venture a bit farther to North Burnaby to try another White Spot location.  This one is located right in the Kensington Strip mall across from the Burnaby North high school. . We got there early Saturday afternoon and the mall was busy.  We didn’t have to wait too long for a table as the restaurant was not too full.  We were seated near the bar and was surrounded by 6 big TV’s.  It was a cozy and bright area.

Excellent Customer Service. I went today for brunch. I ordered the 'Classic Eggs Benedict ' and asked for medium poached eggs, however, one of the eggs benny came out to be overcooked. I told the waitress and she apologized right away. Minutes later, the manager came to apologize to us and offer to take if off the bill. <br/ <br/ I 've been here a couple of times now and each time service is excellent. The quality of the food can be improved but overall, the experience was great. I will continue to go back there and recommend this place to my friends.

This WhiteSpot location has amazed me every visit!. I can 't believe some of the negative feedback i 'm reading from some people about this location. Each time I 've went (which has been over 10times ... everything was good. The longest I had to wait for my meal was 25minutes... but that 's what tea,coffee, drinks, and socializing is for. It 's not fast food people.. The interior and exterior is very well kept, food presentation is done very good, and the staff have all been friendly and informative. All I can say 'bad ' (if you can call it that is *once* I had an older lady as a server and she wasn 't very social or friendly seeming. (that 's ok... sometimes people have bad days Food was still excellent. As far as some people degrading the food.. that 's complete nonsense. If you want less mayo, ask for less. I read where someone posted about a prawn that 's batter was too doughy.. (Maybe your critiquing is exceeding WhiteSpot 's standards.. The Keg is that way! I personally love my neighborhood WhiteSpot (Kensington Square location and will continue going as usual :D!
