Tim Hortons - Burnaby

This was one of the slowest visits I've had at Tim's, even though I ordered everything on my phone. It appeared that they were understaffed and many of the employees seemed inexperienced. There also seemed to be a high turnover rate among the staff.

I have been regularly for about 3 years, 9 times from 10 I am disappointed by my service. it's always my last resort for coffee, because I always wait for my whole lunch or coffee break, so they pour my cup.

The coffee used to be excellent until a few years ago when they changed suppliers and started baking their own donuts on-site. Now they serve frozen donuts and low-quality coffee. Even McDonald's has better coffee now.

Not all of the staff are perfect, but most of them clearly care about what they’re doing. Also this Tim’s is cleaner than any of their full size restaurants. If there was a place to sit and eat here it would be great and put most of their restaurants to shame
