This is a very busy location during the day, specially during morning and lunch break.Staff are friendly and do their best to serve everyone in a timely manner.
To improve the customer experience at this Tim Hortons location, it is advisable to consider hiring additional staff to manage the front counter. During my recent visit, I queued behind two customers to purchase 2 coffees and Timbits, but the female cashier appeared to be multitasking by preparing breakfast items and brewing coffee, while the other two employees (a male and a female) seemed to be idle.It appeared that a baseball team comprising about 10 individuals had arrived to grab some breakfast before their game, and several of them ended up leaving due to the long wait. I overheard some them who had patiently waited for 30 minutes, and felt badly for them. This situation was frustrating for everyone involved, and my own order took approximately 20 minutes to be fulfilled, which was significantly longer than it should have taken (2 coffees and Timbits was ordered)Given this unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend this Tim Hortons location. Never. Ever.Parking: While there is parking available, it is important to exercise caution when parking in front of other businesses within the complex.
Food is standard Tim Hortons fare. This location is always busy. There would be a line up long enough to spill out to Lougheed Hwy, exacerbating rush hour traffic. Early weekend mornings, I would expect a coffee-and-donut run to take 15min. This is due in no small measure to the Tim Horton workflow. Still it Timmy's and you go to Timmy's if you are Canadian.
It took me several minutes to get someone’s attention to check on my app order. I eventually spotted my order sitting on the counter but initially couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me. Finally, someone helped me and handed over my order. However, when I opened the bag to retrieve what I thought was a sausage breakfast sandwich, I was disappointed to find a bacon and egg sandwich instead. Unfortunately, I was already in my Uber on the way to work, so I couldn't return to have it corrected. I felt frustrated about wasting 1100 rewards points only to receive the wrong sandwich. This was my first experience at this location, and if it weren’t for its convenience in proximity to my hotel and parking, it would likely be my last. I sincerely hope they improve their operations before my next visit. I’ll definitely be double-checking my order before leaving next time.
