Thai's Saigon Bistro - Burnaby

That's Saigon Bistro is a friendly family run Vietnamese restaurant. Their specialty is M4 Bun Rieu which is a tomato and crab noodle soup that's to die for. I haven't found this at any other Pho place in the lower mainland and is a must try. Other notable dishes are their chicken wings, spring rolls, and M1 (a dry egg noodle mix). A definite gem at the heights!

First time to visit this place. Name is a bit confusing but it truly specializes in Vietnamese dishes. Met the owner who welcomed us very warmly. He recommended his Mom's specialty - Mi Bac Biet - sliced and minced pork with (dry) egg noodles which turned out to be really awesome. Very tasty and made even more delicious with a generous sprinkling of black vinegar.

The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional.

We (hubby, daughter and I) absolutely love this place.  I usually get the rare beef with beef balls and it's awesome!  I've also tried their pork chop, lemongrass chicken, and pork patty.  I highly recommend this place.  The service is amazing, and I think it may be the owner, but he always has a big smile when we walk in.  The prices are great too.  <br/ <br/ We've tried the above but also my daughter loves the chicken with noodle soup.<br/ <br/ Anytime we want Pho, this is our 1st choice.

Placed a big order with only a day's notice for a 90 person film cast/crew meal. Not only was the food delicious, the owner was incredibly helpful! He helped me plan out what items would be the most crowd pleasing and what would fill up the hungriest of transport crew! I highly recommend this place!!!
