Great ambience. And excellent staff very helpful finding decaf and dairy alternatives.

I went this morning to buy a cappuccino and bring my cup of Starbucks.When they gave it to me it was full but after a while I realized that it was pure foam and when I saw the glass it was half full. The bad thing is that I was already at work when I realized I couldn't complain again.Plus the taste was bad.I paid a lot for what was totally disgusting coffee, the worst experience.

Consistently bad. Laughable Infact.I always get a quad long espresso. The last time I was there the label said triple and the cup felt light. I asked if it had 4 long shots in the the cup. She said a triple was 4 shots. I hit my head and just left. No use explaining stupid. Also I'm not there to teach grown adults to count. I've had them mess up my simple order many times.I am a loyal customer and love my local on 41st in Kerrisdale.

Very delicious latte and Pumpkin drink coffee with cinnamon! And bacon sandwich!Tuesday and Wednesday . we have beautiful lunch here! Thanks a lot!
