Mcdonald's - Burnaby

The experience at McDonald's was just as expected. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. Well done. They also offer great vegetarian options, such as a delicious fruit dish.

The customer service at this McDonald's is terrible. We were told that they had spent too much time on us (500 seconds) and couldn't fix our order as a result. The reason for the delay was that they switched the person taking our order while we were in the drive-thru, resulting in them missing half of it. Despite checking to ensure everything was there, they claimed they had included everything. I will not be returning to this location again.

I visited the restaurant today and had a great experience with Vivick, one of the managers. His customer service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist me. He was kind and helpful, leaving me extremely satisfied with my visit.

We stop here because of its location on the way home, and… without fail. Are disappointed. lol.They get us (and pretty much every other car) to pull into the waiting parking spots for our order. This happens every time.The order will always be either cold, or incorrect. Or both.At least one can say they’re consistent.But I don’t get how any McDonalds could take 15 minutes to make a 2 burgers and a side of fries.

So should McDonald's be sued for fraud, misrepresentation ? What I got last Friday at their head office restaurant in Burnaby, is nothing compared to what they advertise.
