Crystal Palace Restaurant - Burnaby

This is a great spot for lunch with $7.95 specials and a menu with other tempting options. I tried the Shanghai steam buns and the house special crispy noodles, both of which were delicious. The food is authentic Chinese and I have no complaints.

We didn't receive our full order. We called back to get our rice and they delivered a different dish instead of the rice. We weren't going to call a third time. The food was mediocre at best. The noodles were soggy and chicken was over salted. Would not go back.

Everytime I visit my family in Canada we always go there to eat. The ginger beef is a must. Not typical for chinese restaurant, the service is friendly.

Got my order wrong. Good food. But can be expensive if u don't order the business lunch deal. Serves beer so that's good.

We decided to try Crystal Palace for an early Sunday lunch. We were the first to arrive at opening. We ordered the beef noodle type of noodles different but not much beef and soup salty, dumpling pretty good but needed a sauce and...shrimp fried rice made well. Service was awkward from the time we sat down to the time we paid.
