Terrible customer service, id give no stars if that was possible.

Food was excellent but the customer service was very rude. The front staff especially girl name jot. She don’t know how to take customer and basic customer service skills.

So what I witnessed today while waiting for my order that the person did not wash their hands after touching the garbage. Like isn’t this something important and here you guys are violating the health and safety rule. No doubt your food is good but it still does not matter if you are not even washing your hands, not putting gloves is other matter. It’s so basic and that person while they have cheese stack in one hand and the with the other pushing the garbage and then use the same hand for doing cheese. Isn’t it violation, correct me if I am wrong.

Waited for 10min after placing my order at the counter before finally someone decided to check on the status. At least the 20 people ordering after me had their lunch. All he heard was Sorry after asking why it was so long.

Workers do not follow the ordering order. You must show them your receipt multiple times so they remember to get your order ready.
