We also tried their signature cocktail, the Melonchee Cocktail, which was made with Korean popsicle and was delicious. The atmosphere at ARISU is very Korean and pleasant. Located on the second floor above the HanNam Supermarket in Burnaby, BC, ARISU is a must-try for Korean food lovers. They offer a variety of Korean craft beers and Soju, and can accommodate parties for special celebrations. They also have small monitors at most tables playing KPOP or Korean music videos for self-entertainment. We would definitely return to ARISU in the future. Overall, ARISU is a place you should try if you're looking for a great dining experience. The service is just a bell ring away, making it convenient for customers. It's also kid-friendly and offers a range of dishes at a reasonable price point. The parking is along neighboring streets, so be sure to plan accordingly when visiting.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, although the portions could be a bit larger considering the price. The staff is excellent and the ambiance is pleasant too.

After a tough week, my friends M, C&C treated me to a meal at Arisu on North Road for some much-needed food and drinks. This restaurant is one of the many Korean BBQ spots located near the border of Burnaby and Coquitlam, in a bustling area. If possible, take public transportation to get there. We ordered one of the BBQ combos, which included a generous portion of meat such as pork belly and short rib.

The quality of the meat is really good (we ordered pork and beef tongue), probably some of the best bbq we have had in town. Yes, it is expensive, but you pay for the quality. We also ordered the cold noodles, which were delicious as well. We only wish they gave more lettuce, but the trio of sauces made up for it. We would recommend.

Really enjoyed this place.  Had the Arisu Combo A and Japchae.  The only issue I had was the staff coming around and trying to cook the meat on the grill for us, I didn't see them do it for anyone else and assume it was because no one in my party looked Asian though many of us have lived in Asia.  We kept asking them to stop, it was the only frustration of the night.  Otherwise the meat was delicious, flavorful and tender.  The sides and sauces were perfectly complimentary.  The japchae was perfectly cooked and seasoned.  Delicious and strongly recommended.
