Wendy's - Burlington

My son and I went to the drive-thru and ordered four meals, everything went smoothly. However, as we were driving away and my son was headed to another location, I realized that one of the meals was incorrect. We decided to go back to the restaurant, and I went inside to speak with someone. After some back and forth, I was able to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, she accused me of lying and insisted that the order was correct. Eventually, she begrudgingly agreed to give me the correct meal, although she was clearly unhappy about it. While waiting, I noticed a price discrepancy, which she acknowledged but also seemed displeased about correcting. Since I do not visit this restaurant often and do not plan to in the future, I decided to just leave. Upon arriving home, I found that the rest of the food was cold and inedible. This experience made me believe that the poor attitudes of the younger employees may stem from the behavior of the managers, setting a negative example for them to follow.

This is a clean modern Wendy's with many seats and windows. The food is good, but the service is slow and sometimes not too friendly.

Just a short snack when I got no chance for lunch. The spicy chicken was special for $3. It was good. Very sharp as I like it. The pommes were more chewing than crisp, but they were okay. Excellent service. Staff seems to be working well. The place was very clean.

Almost daily we visit this restaurant and find the staff great. The design of the dining area gives a lot of light. The tables and floors are kept clean. The workers know their positions and do it well. We're seniors, so love their seniors... keep the good work.

You always get my ride right through order. Very friendly service. Food is always according to Wendy's standards.
