Tim Hortons - Burlington

I ordered a coffee and waited nearly 10 minutes. When I inquired about it, the staff claimed they had informed me that my coffee was on the pickup counter. There was no apology; instead, they mentioned that a woman had come to the counter to say my coffee was ready. It felt like they were refusing to take responsibility for a simple mistake or misunderstanding.

I often find that my coffee is not prepared correctly; usually one out of three orders is wrong.

I wasn't impressed. They served me coffee instead of the steeped tea I ordered, and the replacement tea was only half full.

Efficient staff, good donuts, sweet iced coffee at a reasonable price. They do accept USD. The glazed donuts are so much better than Dunkin's thanks to the bolder flavor (sorry DD, but it's true).

Terrible experience I had at this place. Wasted my time as I asked for a chicken bowl with twice the chicken and they gave me less than any other Tim hortons I’ve been plus the manager named Keval did not even care enough to fix the issue. I should have taken the photo of the shame they gave me. 1 oz of chicken and the plate itself super empty. SHAME on such inexperienced people working in customer service
