Taco Bell - Burlington

Even by Taco Bell standards this place was so bad, probably the worst TB I've ever been to. They were out of multiple ingredients without telling customers, who were understandbly annoyed when their food was missing half its parts. Extremely small portion sizes. Basic communication failures. Terrible attitudes.

I placed a large order for my children at this restaurant, but unfortunately, there were many mistakes and numerous items were missing. When I called to address the issues, the host seemed dismissive and offered a small consolation of a free soda and fries on my next visit. It felt as though I was begging for proper service. Additionally, many items in the order were not as advertised, leading me to believe that they are deceiving customers with misleading online offers. I would not recommend this establishment as they seem to be running a scam.

Wish I could’ve given zero stars because I didn’t actually get anything. All I wanted was a little Taco Bell after an evening of Christmas shopping. The mall was very much still open but this particular Taco Bell/ KFC was only serving the colonel. Ruined my evening. Rude staff certainly didn’t help matters either.

Overpriced and not friendly. I had to ask for my drink cuz the girl just went to the back after taking my order. I will definitely be going back to the Burlington Mall Taco Bell. For some reason it's cheaper by $2.00.Too hard to get good service now adays.

This place is very disorganized I ordered 4 hard tacos well over 10 mins for wait time lol stay
