Celiac-friendly sushi! I enjoy sushi and came across this restaurant. The staff was incredibly patient, spending 20 minutes on the phone to walk me through the entire menu. They offer many gluten-free options and clearly label everything that contains gluten, like tempura and unagi. They also provided gluten-free soy sauce with my takeout order. I went back to make sure it wasn't just a fluke!
