Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

Due to health reasons, I have become Vegan. Their menu offers nothing but salad to someone who is vegan. Even their Portabelo mushroom burger is dipped in egg and coated with bread crumbs. They have put absolutely no effort into creating 9inclusive menu options. The server tells me it's a "grill house", as if vegetables can 't be grilled, REALLY!I walked out , much to my husband's dismay, who by the way isn't vegan and had all ready ordered a beer . As a vegan, Kelseys is not worth my dinning out money.

I have been to this Kelseys before so had no problem suggesting it, what a mistake. It was not at all busy and there seemed to be 3 or 4 servers, however we sat for a while before a server approached us, I ordered a coffee... my friend a tea, the coffee came and was terrible when at last our server came back she offered to make a fresh pot. We placed our orders, we had a chicken ceaser salad and hamburger. The hamburger was burnt on both sides when mentioned it the server said that is how they make it....IT was Burnt and inedible,the fries tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. The ceaser salad was just as bad, chicken burnt hardly any dressing and unpalatable . We asked for a new burger, the general manager came over and apologised and offered us fresh food, but by then neither of us felt like eating. We paid for the coffee and tea and left. The service was the poorest we have had in a long time very very slow..We won't be back

This is the third time I've been in this particular Kelsey's in the last month. The Mango cocktail I ordered took them over 20 mins to make and had no garnish ..a lime might have been nice. The Steak and blue cheese was boring no flavour .. no table visit from a manager ...being 6 guests who ordered drinks appetizers and full meals I know I would have stopped by to say hello... that aside I recommend that if all you want is burgers and beer then this is the place.

We went here the other night for fish and chips and the order comes with coleslaw on the side. Normally my wife won't touch it and gives it to me. They recently changed the menu and with that came a change to the coleslaw- which now is the best I've ever had - and my wife loved it too. We're tempted to go back just to get more!

In my opinion this is the best chain restaurant (pub style). Their food is always consistently good.I love their Sonoma Salad - but it was better a few years ago before they made some changes to the salad.
