Contribuiți la feedbackI have dined in once and have ordered takeout from this location multiple times. The food is delicious and you can tell the staff like their jobs, which makes a big difference in the atmosphere of the place.
This is a good pizza place. The rest is ok. Service is always a bit lacking here. But the wood burning pizzas are very good. I wish they had pineapple. It's something I love on my pizza... but that's ok. The hot oil with the bread is very good. And there is a descent wine list. The beet salad is pretty good too. But this restaurant is definitely most popular for its pizza.
I have been a client of Fraticellis since it first opened and my last visit left me disappointed. I always look at the condition of a washroom and the bathroom walls were dirty and the baseboards caked with greasy dirt. The floors of the restaurant are slippery from too much grease and not being well taken care of and to top it all off, I am allergic to dairy and I always mention it first before I even order. My dish came with cheese in it and I didn't notice until a few bites in. The waitress had taken the order correctly but the chef didn't notice it. It was unacceptable to me, but mostly disappointing. I will not be returning to Fraticellis.
Family came here for a birthday dinner - group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The restaurant actually has a pretty cool vibe and looks nice. We had a table in the patio area which was quite nice (if you don't mind the loud cars honking along Appleby every now and then). Food-wise, it was a sub par experience. I can't speak for what other people ordered but the Grilled Calamari I ordered was not very good (a bit sandy and rubbery) and my steak was over cooked big time (I ordered medium rare and it came well done). I couldn't be bothered to say anything because the service was off as well. We had various waitresses come and go however they failed to do the most basic thing - eg: bring plates along with the bread. At one point, my father in law held his plate in front of my husband's face so the waitress could grate the cheese onto his dish. Condiments had to be requested - this means ketchup for your fries. I ordered the creme brulee for dessert and it was OK - nothing amazing. The waitresses don't seem very experience. All I remember were their short black skirts/dresses. Also, don't expect any sort of fancy plating. Overall, quite disappointed in this experience and won't be returning.
We went on Mothers Day, so it was very busy. The service was reasonable for such a busy day. They had a good variety of menu items to choose from at average prices. I had the seafood pasta, which was delicious. The restaurant is nice, but we found it loud on the day we went.
