A&W Reastaurant - Burlington

Food was poorly made. Sweet potato fries a mix of soggy and uncooked and burnt and crispy. Burger was drenched in ketchup and unpleasant to eat. $20 for a combo and a sad blueberry turnover. The only good part was the root beer and they don’t even make that in house.

Wish you had ice on drive-thru orders. Had no idea you can't substitute combo for icy root beer. It was the only way I could get an ice-cold drink, but was charged for items individually cost 37.00 for 2 hamburgers fries and a drink.

We had a wonderful visit! The staff were very lovely and kind!

They charged me for Chipotle sauce, but I didn't get any. I got no napkins... NOTHING... I had a coupon which they took. But yet charged me regular price. Terrible customer service, the food tasted old. The fries were cold.... I'm not from Burlington, and thank gawd!!! Nasty food like that!
