The Upper Crust - Burlington

The pizza is really good. I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. The pizza is very tasteful and the crust is perfectly cooked. It's crispy, but not too crispy. They also gave me additional discs because they wanted to do something more. It was really nice of them.

Nice staff ready to help and give suggestions. There was a taste for my pizza, which was very clear. Not sure if the advanced flavors of some of their special pizza would be pleasant for children, but I liked the thin dough and the pure goodness of the combined taste. On a slight bad note: The Herren-Bad Door Lock did not stop a man from getting a free peep show when he pushed the door. Lol. No damage to my end, but he can be frightened for life.

Derek was very friendly and offered us a slice of pizza each. To my surprise, it turned out to be the best pizza I’ve ever had in Burlington, on par with my favorite Regina’s in Boston. After we finished, Derek returned to our table, removed the salads from our bill, and gave us both vouchers for a free pizza on our next visit. Derek truly went above and beyond with his kindness and generosity. What started as a disappointing experience with the Greek salad transformed into my new favorite pizza spot in Burlington.

I am so glad I decided to try Upper Crust in Burlington! I absolutely love their thin-crust pizza, and the service is outstanding. Derrick is incredibly nice and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The first time I ordered lunch to my workplace, Upper Crust personally delivered my order because the delivery service was delayed. I can't stop telling everyone about Upper Crust! This place serves delicious pizza that you can’t go wrong with! Located right next to Chipotle in Burlington, across from the shopping center, it’s a great spot to relax after a couple of hours of shopping. Be sure to order your food—they use paper sheets and a paper lunch bag for your takeaway. The food is fantastic, the service is friendly, and it’s very convenient.
