Shy Guy Gelato - Burlington

I loved that we could sample three flavors in a small cup. The two little ones shared with us, allowing us to try all six flavors. They blew me away, except for the peanut butter cup, which I thought was just good. The dark chocolate sorbet was incredibly delicious and surprisingly rich for a sorbet. The Greek yogurt crunch was possibly my second favorite, but honestly, they were all outstanding. The place is small, but there are outdoor seating options.

We hired Shy Guy to be part of our wedding celebration, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. My partner and I studied in Italy, and we knew we wanted to incorporate gelato into our big day, so we were thrilled that Paul was on board! He communicated excellently and served gelato for two continuous hours at our wedding reception, which was a huge hit! His gelato truly rivals the best we've had in Italy, and it provided a unique experience for our guests, making our celebration even more special. Although we live an hour and a half away from his shop in Burlington, we plan to make regular trips to stock up on pints because it's simply that good!

The gelato here is incredibly flavorful, light, and creamy, featuring unique and rotating flavors in a delightful atmosphere. What’s not to love? It's truly the best gelato I’ve ever tasted. I appreciate that they offer portion sizes to suit everyone. I’ve waited all summer to visit, and it certainly lived up to my expectations!

Paul is the absolute best and such a talent! We have long been shy guy fans, but we hired them for our wedding welcome party and as always they brought the best gelato and our guests were raving about how good it was. Always worth stopping in for a cup, but even more fun to have them for your event!
