Pizza Factory - Burlington

I consider myself to be an east coast pizza crust snob. A bad crust will ruin a pizza. Their hand tossed crust always brings me back! It's so good.

Pizza here is consistent, affordable and easy to order for a quick pick up. I’ve never had an order made wrong or had forgotten sides items. I’m glad they are still here.

It is hit or miss here. Employees should be taught to make the pizza like it's being made for themselves. The pizza before last was absolutely perfect. Last night some of our slices had 2 pieces of pepperoni and just one piece of pineapple. Being a regular customer and being served that type of pizza has me looking elsewhere. I could get the same from Dominoes and save $15 per pizza.

Love going here for the salad pizza bar. This day however, the veggies on the salad bar were not chopped small....most of the fresh veggies like onions and broccoli were in HUGE CHUNKS, not conducive to building a good salad, also the dressings did not have names on them.....as far as service, it's always the same, guys being guys, service but nothing extra, no smile, no pleasantries, just the absolutely necessary. I did enjoy my lunch.

Decent pizza buffet but we've had a better experience at the Anacortes location. They could improve on variety as we had only 2 hot pizzas to choose from at 1 pm and 2 lukewarm ones. A chicken pizza would also be nice for folks with dietary restrictions on beef/ pork. Good for families.
