Kfc - Burlington

This restaurant is a total disaster. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru line only to be told at the window that my order wasn't ready yet. After another 5 minutes, my food finally arrived, but it was only warm by that point. I used to love KFC, but unfortunately, they really dropped the ball this time. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

The food was served hot and promptly. If anyone is looking for a job, assistance is available.

The girl at the window completely turned her back to me and stayed there, seemingly ignoring me. When I honked again for her attention, she finally acknowledged my presence but continued to disregard me. I ended up getting out of my car and knocking on the window, only to be met with an eye roll from her. When I asked if they were open, the manager's response was even more disappointing—he appeared confrontational and unprofessional, which was especially inappropriate given that I’m a woman. Due to this poor service, I chose not to make a purchase and have no intention of returning.

There was a long waiting time to wait for order by car thru and parking. In addition, staff problems are probably the reason and the food tasted so, one of the chicken sandwiches had to be fried longer than the dough was soggy. The new fries didn't taste good, what happened to potato wedges?

The manager was there all alone trying to take care of everything. I felt so sorry for him. Looks like no one else came to work. They didn't have grilled chicken so I left. Poor guy!!!
