Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza - Burlington

The only reason I would consider returning is for the music, which was great and really added to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. We ordered pizza, chicken parm, and a pasta dish, and we all agreed that it was disappointing.

It was so cold where we were seated that we had to keep our jackets on the entire time.

We had our first visit to Jack's, and we will certainly be back! The coal-fired pizza was absolutely amazing. The tomato sauce was flavorful, the toppings were fresh, and the crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness. Our server, Kyle, was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent service—he was friendly and attentive. We're so pleased to have discovered this fantastic pizza spot!

Pizza is great Wait was horrible! This restaurant needs to figure out the timing of dinner reservations and existing patrons presently eating. Everyone working looked clueless when many patrons walked in at the same time for dinner. Reservations were USELESS, sense they took who ever stepped in the door first. This restaurant needs much better management!
