Folino's Wood Fired Pizza Burlington

Folinos is best fired wood, thin pizza in Burlington! Not excessively cheesy or saucy, just the right amount of ****, always a treat!

We came to lunch on Saturday in October and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the special touch of the old school chairs for the table. This is not a full service restaurant, you can choose or be assigned a table depending on how busy it is, but you order and pay at the reception and take your own water and plate. It was nice to see how they cook pizza. You have gluten-free crust so my husband could enjoy a pizza. We had all our own little pizza, and we just found it all right. I don't know, but not bad.

Seriously, I ate pizza on six continents. I love pizza. This is one of the best pizzerias everywhere. My wife can't eat milk, so last time we have the vegan premiums, and it was better than most non-vegan cakes I ate. Super friendly, easy to hang.

Love the pizza, have had it many times. Only thing I would not recommend trying is the Detroit style one. Tried it on a whim, dough was just a little under cooked to my liking. Probably were just in a rush so not a big deal! Hope next time it?s better!
