OMG! This place is off the chain with their food. It's SOO delicious! It's hard to find a place that can cook REAL Mexican food. Other places tend to cater to a more bland palate, they don't! I know most white people think they're eating Mexican food but lots of times it's not made the right way or seasoned like they should because you may not be able to handle it.I'm guessing because their palate can only handle pepper like black pepper . This food reminded me of how my mother and grandmother make It. Thanks for keeping it real. I have a new spot now whenever I leave town. I would have NEVER known they were there if I hadn't pulled off the road to put eye drops in my eyes! One of THE BEST TRUE Mexican restaurants I have found and had in Colorado! They would get 10 stars If o could give! I'll be back
Love the give a lot of cheese, but meat isn't seasoned and a bit to greasy
Only stopped to use the rest room can't reviews the Restaurant... But bathrooms I would give a B. drink options were low, attached to shell gas station.
Ah, here I am always challenging the status quo and going against the majority of reviewers. I actually happened to really like El Reynaldo's! I visited the place twice. The first visit was back in 2013 when my then boyfriend now fiancé and I were moving to Colorado. This was our first taste of Mexican food in Colorado and we were couldn't be more pleased. We were thinking if a little whole in the wall next to a gas station place has such great food, then we couldn't wait to check out all the amazing Mexican food Denver had to offer. Alas, I was quite disappointed with the Mexican places in Colorado after that and to this day my struggle continues. A Mexican coworker from California who understand my struggle explained to me that Colorado serves Rocky Mountain mex, while we, out of staters, expect Cali, or southwest or authentic Mexican places. The second visit to El Reynaldo's was just a month ago on my way back from Chicago. Once again, I liked the food I got. I ordered a carne acado plate to go. Although they don't give you much, the food was well seasoned, well prepared and tasted good.
