Quiet on a Tuesday evening during covid times, but the atmosphere is always nice. Staff is friendly, food delicious. I treated myself to a nice evening of wine and tartare followed by a generous serving of creme brulee and a glass of Lagavulin.

We have always had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant on Church Street. Whether it's the delicious meals, cocktails, or top-notch service, we have never been disappointed. If the tables are full, we recommend sitting at the bar for full service.

We decided to dine at EB Strong's for a client dinner during our visit to Burlington for meetings. Our party of 13 was accommodated with a reservation in the private dining area.

My wife and I enjoyed a great dinner here. The calamari was delicious, lightly breaded which helped us finish our main course. My wife had the 12oz new York strip and I had the 18oz bone in ribeye. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the strip had a wonderful crust and it may have been the better of the two but I would have no issue recommending either steak. For sides the Brussel sprouts are an excellent choice. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The only negative I have for this restaurant is the creamed spinach. We had to send it back, but the great response from our server maintains the 5 star rating for me.
