The one coffee was suppose to have an extra shot of expresso and it did not have any and the coffee was watery. The second coffee was also watery. The hot chocolate was weak and watery. Myb5 year old grandchild said it didn 't taste like hot chocolate. Just the 'hot Extremely disappointed in the order

I made an order for a caramel drink with a large cream and the problem is that the Indian manager sold me what she wanted, she was not able to tell me before paying that she did not have cream or caramel because what she sold me was a simple coffee with Big milk, apart from treating the staff badly, a girl wanted to fix the drink, she doesn't let it, what a bad service

Half the coffee was gone possibly spilled? Unsure but received it half full.

I purchased a 25 count of munchkins and a coffee. As I was driving away my wife opened the box and counted, because it looked like it was short. There was only 17 in the box. I went back through the drive thru and asked what happened. They told me that was all they had. I questioned why didn't they tell me at the time of purchase and they shrugged their shoulders. I asked for a refund and they told me since I bought it on the app I would have to call corporate. This place has the worst service I have ever encountered.Parking: Its terrible.

Started looking for a job here and met the owner “Vijay Vohra” and “Katrina.” Vijay is a complete pos and Katrina has lots of screws loose. Went here for 2 interviews, kept my composure despite being yelled at by Vijay. Imagine looking for work and being called “you’re not needed for the job” and unprofessional statements. Keep in mind I didn’t even work a day here and the owner and manager do not like me because I’m not available everyday. Why should I be available everyday I’m a student. Never work for this corporation, choose a place that’s owned by civilized people not some khatri’s.
