Taco Bell - Burleson

Apparently, every one that works at this location is just plain stupid. I have NEVER had an order that was right. Whoever owns/runs this franchise needs to just shut it

It’s a Taco Bell. You go there, get food, have a great time talking about politics with that annoying uncle you have, and then you go home and regret having Taco Bell only to return the next day because you suddenly want yet another chalupa. It’s the cycle of life and it’s the cycle of Taco Bell and well, I’ll be back.Parking: Whole parking lot for this place plus other businesses around if for some reason this parking lot is full.

Decent food but even though I ask for fire sauce when I order AND at the window they always forget

This place has horrible customer service,they won't take your order at the counter,insist you use kiosk and then won't give you your drink until your food is ready. Getting just as expensive as anywhere else in burleson. Shouldn't spend 15 dollars at TACO-BELL just for lunch for a couple tacos and a boritto and drink. I'd rather go to casa

There was a purple rubber band inside our quesadilla. It looked like one of the ones you use with braces. My son found it when he took a bite. We brought it back and they denied it. Was a bunch of high school looking kids. They said it was cabbage, but it was definitely a rubber band. They didn’t do anything about it and we just left.Update: Upon getting home and eating my food, I found a long black hair cooked into it. I took a video and picture. Absolutely disgusted my this place now.
