Frescos Cocina Mexicana Burleson

This is the best Mexican food we have tried in Burleson/Joshua so far. We will definitely be returning!

Went for lunch on a Saturday after checking out the great Burleson Farmers Market. It's a busy place but it's big and the workers were doing a great job....

Service was top notch. Friendly, attentive. Our waitress, Jessica asked if it was our 1st time (it was) and brought out a side of their meats to sample....

Tableside Guacamole definitely recommend!! They make it, as the description says, table side with fresh ingredients! I ordered chicken enchiladas, they were delicious! If ever again in the area, there will definitely be dinner here.

We stopped here to drink a drink and share some snacks. It was a fun experience. The chips are really good here and their salsa is on point. The Queen is good, but not amazing. The hot tortillas are good and we love how they butter as a bowl at Zimmertemp. Simply spread on the tortillas. We ordered the Jalapeño Margarita. It was good, but it wasn't consistent. The first was really sweet, but the second was on the point. Both were good. We ate the beef phajitas. They were tender, juicy and tasteful. The caramelized onions on these were really good. The staff was friendly and the waiter was prompt and professional. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely come back to this facility!
