Chili's Grill - Burleson

The first waitress disappeared after delivering our drinks and appetizers. After waiting for 35 minutes, I had to search for her, only to find out that she was preparing to leave but hadn't left yet. I ended up requesting a new waitress. Our group of 5 almost decided to leave. Thankfully, the second waitress we got was excellent. Despite the limited staff, the food was delicious.

I will never come here again. First we had to wait for a table when there were several available. They change menu and didn't have what I went there for. I got the nachos and the chips were burnt. The service was poor. It took several times to get thesalsa and not even our waitress that got it. The only good thing was they didn't charge us for my horrible nachos.

Been waiting for 20 min at the front for a table when not only are there several 6 tops available, there are also 3 6 tops that have food on them that no one is cleaning, the managers (2) just walk around doing nothing at all, no help, no nothing. Theycould be cleaning of the tables but they are holding the walls up, as a previous manager of restaurants, this is poor Service.This is definitely something that should be addressed and fixed. It?s very annoying looking at all the tables available but theydon?t want to seat anyone due to them trying not to use one side of the restaurant and keep there table use to a minimum. Thisis the poorest thing I have every seen. Usually they are very fast with the seating and they are not busy at all today, it?s1:16 on a Wednesday and they are not busy at all. 1 star service. We should have went to on the border.

I ordered takeout and my chicken strips were very cold, which was disappointing considering the distance from the restaurant to my location. The skillet queso I ordered was supposed to be 10 oz, but it was only filled up to 5 oz. The fries were also terrible, as shown in the picture below. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Chili's, including the rude behavior of the to-go worker who even slammed my door in anger when I complained about my food. The customer service and food quality at Chili's have never been this bad.

We waited for 45 minutes before being told that our order was never placed. Despite this, we were still charged for a full Dr. Pepper. When we informed the manager before leaving, he showed no concern. We will not be returning to this restaurant and I would not even give it one star if I could.
