Horrible customer service from manager!! Regular employees are great. Went through the drive through and got home with completely wrong order. Food was cold and stale. Drive all the way back only to have the “manager”treat me like I’m the a hole for taking the wrong order from her!! She’s the one making the food! There’s a video screen telling her what to make. Only one other person in line behind me. TERRIBLE customer service.

One cashier. Customer ahead orders 4 dozen donuts all picked out individually..no other cashier to speed it up for people waiting for coffee. Myself and another walked out. Service: 1

Just hit the drive through as it was right off the highway, the line moved very slow for it only being 10:00am and when we got our food they made the one order completely wrong. I ordered a classic bacon sandwich on a biscuit and received a egg on a English muffin. Wasn't anything I could do about it as I already went back on the highway. Meal type: Breakfast
