Taco Bell - Burke

Here's the "new" menu. I'm not certain if this is a permanent change, but if you're a regular, some of your favorite go-to items might be gone for good. Just to clarify, I believe this is the best Taco Bell in the area, and I would rate it five stars for its friendly and efficient staff who always get my order right. However, the new menu tells a different story. I'm not a fan of changes, and for instance, they've removed the Mexican pizza. I'm also not fond of one of the beef burritos, so overall, I would give the new menu only 2.5 stars.

The food is generally good. However, I've had a few instances where they mistakenly include cheese on my orders when I've requested them without it. Fortunately, if I go back through the drive-thru, they are usually willing to correct the mistake.

Complete disappointment. The portion sizes are far from accurate. I’m embarrassed to be associated with this establishment. Customer service is nonexistent. The staff spends their time gossiping without masks instead of addressing issues with improperly prepared food. I would rate it a 0 out of 5 and will be boycotting this place for life.

The service was extremely disorganized, and the staff had a cold and rude demeanor. My order was wrong, and some items were missing when it came to the seasonal menu. I was really just looking forward to the Mexican pizza.

I had a reward for the Mexican pizza, but since only the fourth-best Taco Bell accepts mobile orders with rewards, I had to go there to place my order. One thing I liked was that I couldn’t use my other reward, but I was able to enjoy a free Baja Blast, which was great. The pizza itself was mediocre at best—just tortillas with some beef in the middle and a bit of tomato sauce on top. The staff was friendly, although it felt more like a quick in-and-out experience. No one mentioned anything about using my rewards, which I expected. It's Taco Bell, so don't expect gourmet food. If you're considering the Mexican pizza, I’d say a Crunchwrap is a better choice overall.
