Ihop - Burke

I have never had an Ihop experience like the one at this location! It is absolutely incredible! If you want the freshest food you've ever tasted, this is the place to go! I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the fantastic work!

We chose to dine at this restaurant because they offer halal food. The food was delicious, but the service was very poor. Our server was rude and arrogant, and it seemed like she may have been biased because she treated the table next to us much better. Despite the bad service, we felt obligated to tip the server.

The restaurant is open 24 hours a day and the manager, despite not speaking English well, was helpful in taking my order. I enjoyed the meal with my kids and plan to dine at the restaurant with them next time.

I came here with my family since this location has the halal option. Let me just tell you dont even bother to come here. I feel horrible to say this, but the halal option is absolutely disgusting. You can tell its frozen food that they warmed up in the microwave. It taste old and I know my stomach will hate me later. I do appreciate their pancakes and omelettes, but their sandwiches are TRASH.Service is subpar. My server was not attentive when it came to refills and it took forever to get anything. Also, it took forever to get our food. I thought the food will be piping hot and it was cold. How amazing. Never coming again. Just go to Rooming Roaster next door for a sandwiches. Dont waste your money. Look at the photos they didnt even bother to melt the cheese. 0/10. Look at how empty this place is. My server is nowhere to be found. Im going to go use their bathroom to vomit this nasty food I just ate.

Horrible food quality and service. Egg on egg benedict was cooked all the way like a hard-boiled egg. Omlett was overcooked to make eggs feel like leather. Server was not very attentive and had to wait 15 minutes just to get my coffee refilled. I had 10 dollar coupon for my birthday, and the final bill did not include it. When I asked about it, the cashier said that the bill was closed already and there was nothing she could do. Ruined my evening. The worst experience I've ever had at IHOP. I will never return to this location.
