The bakery shop is located in a very centric area of the town of Burjassot, Valencia. Family owned. All the delightful pastries are handmade, from scratch. Recipes that have been passed down generation after generation. Their specialties include leonesas, holiday fruit cakes, merengues, huesitos, panellets, buñuelos de viento and frutitas . The owners are local and take great pride and joy in the baking of their pastries. Very nice people. Well worth a visit to this bakery and to the charming town of Burjassot.
Traditional pastry. family treatment . price without competition for the traditional and artisanal they are. cream and spectacular cream...nothing of powders and mixtures made with the best ingredients and their craftsmanship. recommended to order our cake to celebrate family events or of any kind
