I enjoy visiting this place. You can have a genuine conversation here, unlike the big coffee chains that can feel impersonal. They just take your money without a smile. That's why I prefer to go to places like Ladybug Espresso. If I'm going to spend eight dollars on a drink, I want to also enjoy a good conversation, and they provide that here. I highly recommend it.

I am a frequent customer of the nearby shops and I always stop by the ladybug espresso stand to get drinks. Today, a girl whom I had never encountered before turned me away. She seemed to give up on serving me and treated me as if my business was unimportant. I even mentioned to her that my car was parked right next to her stand, but she still refused to engage with me because I was a walk-in customer. There is no excuse for her behavior, especially during daylight hours. I could understand if it were nighttime for security reasons, but her actions were uncalled for during the day.
