Contribuiți la feedbackI've been here almost every day since last week. It was nothing great to start with. Today I waited for a hot chocolate. After telling the Batista my order, she made it to me and when it came to pay, she said the card reader was down and asked if I had money. I almost never have money and it's 2022. Instead of giving me the hot chocolate that would be the right thing to do, especially for a regular one and to remember that it was already done, she held it. That's a bad customer service. Not really impressed for other reasons
Good prices for good drinks nice staff, you get what you pay for nothing to fantasies, but overall good alternative to ten dollars a drink Starbucks.
You can't buy it get a cup of ice water. How can you buy water?! I have to have water with my coffee, or I get a terrible stomach pain. My drink was freezing and it was like they had two ice cubes in it. Drinking was lukewarm and all the ice was melted before they gave me the drink. My ice drink should have ice in it and be cold!!
I was a regular customer, but today I asked to have made my coffee new, as it was tasteless and no taste of Mocha got a stance in return never come to this place again!
I used to go to bigfoot all the time when I lived in auburn because they have the best drinks, friendly and fast service, and good prices. Now that I live in Seattle, the closest is the burien location but I don't think I can come back there. It took us 30 minutes to get through the line and there were only 2 cars in front of us who ordered around 2 drinks each. Service was snails pace slow. I ordered the new seasonal drink and the barista told me that she hates making that drink because she had to use multiple blenders which I didn't know but felt bad about it. I tried to use my rewards card but was told that I needed to register it online and that I need to know my number?? Which I never needed at other locations. And today I noticed that I got double charged for my order! (Not sure if that is my banks fault or bigfoot but an inconvenience nonetheless). Overall this experience made me not want to come back to this location. I will have to drive further next time when I want bigfoot (already had to drive over 20 minutes just to get to this location). I am just mostly sad because I love and want to support this business but now it is too hard to get even mediocre service.
